Ways to increase stamina
Hi its Mr.Bluecoud here today I am talking about stamina a very important topic if you are into better life style if you have good stamina you can easily handle the work load of today’s life style.
- Music
It’s a not
a big secret everybody who does workout or any kind of physical practice knows
that music help in doing work for longer period of time. It increases the
endurance or get higher level of work load than expected level.
P.S – Type of
music also helps getting different result, physical activities can be performed for longer duration at fast music.
- Exercise
Cardio vascular exercise like running,
cycling, jogging, helps to increase the rate of oxygen reaches to muscle which helps
in increase in stamina for longer period of time.
- Eating healthy
- Climbing stairs
- Swimming
Swimming is also considered as aerobic exercise in which
increase the amount of oxygen to muscle and it also increase the endurance of
body- Drinking water
Drinking water can help increasing stamina
but also helps building endurance, according to Nancy Clark article “…distance
runners slow their pace 2 percent for each percent of body weight lost through
dehydration.”
- Sleep well
- visualization
Athletes visualize before the game, it’s a great practice to improve results without even executing
the action.
- HIIT
High Intensity Interval tanning (HIIT)
can helps to increase endurance and stamina in small amount time.
